Assoc. Prof Serra Müderrisoğlu received her Ph.D. in 1999 from Boston University, USA. Currently, she teaches at the Department of Psychology at Boğaziçi University. She has worked topics such as impact of mentoring on psycho-social development of at risk youth, cross cultural factors in psychopathology and psychotherapy, and psychoneuroimmunology. She also has published research articles and presented conference papers on child poverty and clinical psychology.
